For so long as I live I will never again buy anything from Best Buy, not so much as a paperclip. These people have not only completely wasted my time, but on top of having the crappiest customer service you can find short of going back to the midevil ages, they've lied to my face. I went to pick up my "fixed" laptop and... They didn't do a darned thing with it. I am pretty certain it spent three weeks sitting in the backroom. I doubt they even shipped it off to the bloody factory. I'm going to just build the next one.
